FACTORY SECONDS

These items are sold with manufacture related faults which may comprise one or more of the following: imperfect stitching, marks, scratching, colour variation, and inconsistency hardware, which do not operate at “First Grade” standard. These items are sold significantly below usual “Retail” to take account of the items status as “FACTORY SECONDS”, save for the above we consider that these items perform as required of such items having regard to their discount pricing.

NON-FAULTY PRODUCTS

As all our items are either WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE stocks or FACTORY SECONDS, all sales are final – NO RETURN OR REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTED OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH BELOW OF AS REQUIRED BY ANY APPLICABLE AUSTRALIAN LAWS.

FAULT/WRONG PRODUCTS

Defective items (FACTORY SECONDS are sold as such and should not be considered “DEFECTIVE PERSE), miss-described items and wrong items might be replaced or exchanged as required by Australian Laws. We strongly suggest you to read the description of the item carefully, particularly consider FACTORY SECONDS description or a DEFECT coming to your attention. All faulty or incorrect items must be unused, in their original received conditions, including all tags and accessories..

To make a claim you must email us within three (3) days from the date you receive the shipment and:
• provide us with a copy of your tax invoice
• describe accurately the problem you have encountered and provide evidence to support your claim
• state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair or refund.

We will not accept any claim after the three day period is over. No exceptions!

ORDER CANCELLED BY BUYER

Orders can be cancelled by emailing us only if the order has not yet been shipped. There will be a 10% order cancellation fee charged after your payment has been processed.

ORDER CANCELLED BY CADELLE CLEARANCE

In the event that we have oversold the item and have no stock left we will cancel the order and refund in full.
