SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Destinations: At CadelleClearance, we ship to anywhere within Australia, to
most addresses including business and private. CadelleClearance reserves the
right to reject delivery to any address at its own discretion.
Delivery time: We usually dispatch your order within 2 working days upon
receipt of your full payment. We dispatch all goods from Port Melbourne via
Courier Please. Delivery times vary by region.
• Within Melbourne Metro: next working day
• Other areas within Vitoria: 2-3 working days
• Sydney & Adelaide Metro: 2-3 working days
• Brisbane/Gold Coast & Hobart Metro: 2-4 working days
• Perth & Darwin Metro: 3-6 working days
• Other Regional areas: 4-9 working days
Please note that
your signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is
at the shipping address to receive the consignment, a card will be left and
you will need to contact the Courier Please contractor to arrange another
delivery.
Shipping rate: We offer a shipping rate of AU$10 for up to 2 items to
anywhere within Australia. Exact shipping rates will be displayed online
during the checkout process – before you order is submitted. Therefore, you
can preview the shipping cost to your location before you actually place an
order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CadelleClearance ships globally to a variety of counties within 4-20 working
days. International shipping rates for up to 2 items are as
follow:
• Zone A (New Zealand): AU$60
• Zone B (Asia/Pacific): AU$70
• Zone C (USA/Canada/Middle East): AU$90
• Zone D (UK and rest of the world): AU$110
All international orders will be delivered by Australian Post Registered
International with tracking number. Your signature is required upon
delivery.
CadelleClearance reserves the right to reject delivery to any address at its
own discretion.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed on CadelleClearance.com.au, an email will be
sent to your nominated email address to confirm your order. Please
keep the
Order Number provided as a record of transaction.
You will then be able to
check the status of your order by visiting
“Profile” section on our website. As soon as your order is dispatched, your
order status will be changed to “Shipped” and a Tracking Number will be
provided. Please use the Tracking Number to check the delivery status of
your shipment via Courier Please Online Tracking website at
Courier Please for Australian shipment, and via
Australia Post for
international shipment.
